GGC is a New Jersey-based provider of lending and borrowing services for digital assets and fiat currency to and from institutional and HNWI clients. It is registered as a Money Services Business with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (“FinCEN”).
GAP is a Singapore-based digital payment token service provider which carries out digital asset trading and lending activities. As of July 2022, GAP has received an In-Principle Approval (“IPA”) from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (“MAS”) for a Major Payment Institution (“MPI”) license under the Payment Services Act 2019.
GGCI is a British Virgin Islands company wholly owned by GGC. It carries out spot trading activity and hedges exposure by entering into derivatives on digital assets as a principal and on exchanges.
Genesis Custody is a UK-based provider of non-fiduciary, digital asset storage services to institutional clients and high net worth individuals in permitted jurisdictions. It is registered as a cryptoasset business with the Financial Conduct Authority (“FCA”) under the Money Laundering Regulations 2017 (‘MLRs’) as of December 2021. Registration under the MLRs does not mean that customers will benefit from the protections of the Financial Ombudsman Service or the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). Genesis Custody is registered as a Money Services Business with FinCEN.
